Our Cancellation Policy: It is important to note that cancellations of AIIPA memberships, conference registrations, or training institute registrations are not permitted. AIIPA memberships, that are not renewed by December 30 of the membership year, automatically terminate.

Our Refund Policy: AIIPA only collects fees for annual memberships, conference registrations, and training institute registrations. It is important to note that none of these fees are refundable once paid.

Our Privacy Policy:  Collected Information – during registration, you are asked to provide your name, organization, address, e-mail, and phone number. The information you provide is essential to the accurate processing of your registration and membership records.
